The Glasnost Dude is here

I've been doubting whether I should have done this for a long time: contribute with my opinion to the English-speaking public space. The previous posts are just playful trials of the time when all this bloggin' fuzz became something important (perceived as such by media owners).
Actually, I am still doubting. But here we are, with the intention to bring forth and share some insights of the pitfalls and wonderful horizons awaiting the world citizens like you and me...

Mycophagia

Have you ever wondered whether there is something better than a white thingo grown out of excrements to be called mushroom?

Well here is a pretty good illustration of what it means to know how

The words are Rovelló and Llanega, search for them in the Catalan Wikipedia and learn something today...

The amazing world of CPA...

What otherwise could come to be seen as dullest thing on earth...

Is turning out, after some painful einarbeitung into a rather amazing mish-mesh of names-after-things-after-names, with so much interest

Comparative public administration is this subject, there (gotta get positive, init?), and keep one word in mind (meaning, if you figure out what it means and what good that brings to all of us, then share it with us): agentification.

It's there

Essentially contestable concepts

We have heard it before: sustainability is the way, but then comes innovation, and who knows whether one day hyperthought will go down the same road…

In the (lately sterile) desperate search for a narrative that moves peoples forward, ready to confront their futures, many are the words the elite or the spinnia have tried to weave to the way ahead for all of us.

Some very smart marketers back in the 18th century came up with one three-prong brand (liberty, equality, fraternity) that was meant to oust crosses, stars and moons for good; or at least legitimize the seizure of one or other world power. After a rather rocky history trying to impose capital over the community (man exploits man) or collective work over individual freedom (vice-versa), nobody seems entitled to determine what will do you good and what won’t. It is true though: we are in dire need for a structured discourse to overcome this malthusian-nostradamian odds for humankind (ignoring sideral expansion).

What is sustainable? What isn’t? What is behind the meaning Greenpeace or the Carlyle Group assign to it? World Changing? The UN? GreenFacts? Vandana Shiva? I am afraid the answers to these and more questions you will only find... by yourself. Enjoy your search...

Beyondness

Well, Tonet, here you go, ready for the Untergang, which I intend to later mix with icecubes and some "Caduta degli Dei" and some less beyondish expressive language... Well, You confirmedly only reader of this blog, let's see how it can enrich us, forgetting about more refined questions for now... Well, see you in some hours!

Learn to speak foreign languages

Why

What for

I have spent some time surfing (so much easier to purposelessly and click-gently do it on bits than wrapped on neoprene on top of a hawaii wave, call me sporty) now, and I have come up with no few examples of languages that you can learn online at no cost, and with friendly interfaces and good prospects, many made beyond profit-driven aggregatory efforts, thriving the uniqueness of a smart Scandinavian or a Finn keen on offering a taste of salty lickorice:

With time (not little) I am willing to convey a list of resources and useful links and initiatives to learn languages that at some point or other could be of anyone's interest:
In the meantime, this is the base we had

Dogshitland

There is something about Belgium and dogs, of this there is no doubt.

You as a dog are much better off than many of this kingdom's regular two-legged citizens...

They are allowed and respected everywhere, pretty much unlike the large crowds of darkie allochtonous and not-so-well-off (drunkards, for the most part) locals...

Here is what we are going to do: Some friends and unknown but admired inspirers are going to dip a Belgian flag on every dogshit we may bump into or be bound to step on to, who knows...

And of course, we intend to doggument...

And Shittice for all!
